New rates for exisiting customers (Halifax)

Not a lot of difference unfortunately. A 4 year fixed has been added. Fee of £1249 still applies but I think the rate has reduced from 5.29 to 4.99 on the 4 and 5 years. Also you cannot get the 3 year unless you LTV is 75% or below which is a change.
Think its stay on SVR until last minute and then move on over as rumours of rate rises begin. Wouldn't think existing customer rates are going to get much better though.

Their 95% deal is pretty good.
