When a creditor refuses to only accept payment by debit card

Anyone else had this here? Only, more and more creditors are denying debtors the opportunity it seems to pay via standing order or payment slips. Thought that was unfair practice? Any comments. No intention of giving any creditor my card details BTW for very good reasons. But some just refuse to give you another option to pay.
Oh, made a grammatical mistake in the thread title it's meant to read 'when a creditor refuses payments except by debit/credit card for arrears'.

Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Have they made this clear in writing? If not write to them requesting details to pay by standing order or to be given their details for BACS payments. If they refuse can you send them a cheque? If they continue to refuse to your reasonable efforts to make a payment, and you have this in writing then what can they actually do to enforce the debt? I would go so far as to suggest writing to them stating that as they are unwilling to provide you with a mutually agreeable facility to clear the debt do they consider the debt to be cleared? Give them a time limit and if they do not respond use this in any court case that follows. I will happily let a legal eagle rip appart my suggestion with something more suitable, but I would suggest that so long as you shown deposits to a seperate account or accumulating in the bank account to cover each repayment, evidence that you have made reasonable efforts to make payment through a preferred method - ie without using a card, and they have refused to accept the payments, then how would a judge view it?
Unfortunately for me, my creditors give me lots of options to pay them back, I just need the cash to do so lol.Debt £5600 all 0%0
