SOA detail help!

Hi all
Just trawling backwards and forwards through my SOA and have a few questions relating to various sections...so apologies for this being a long thread!
1) I entered into an IVA with my then business's creditors back in 1992. A partner and I ran a small design/advertising agency and we were wiped out almost overnight by a huge bad debt. I'm happy to list this on SOA but don't have any paperwork and can't remember any details except for it being for five years and I paid it off early. Should I list it and just explain to OR that I can't now remember much about it?
2) Life insurance policies - I've had a few term assurance policies in the past, usually to cover the payment of a mortgage on the event of my death. They've been changed regularly as my mortgage has moved or amounts changed. There's no way I can remember all of 'em and I don't have paperwork for any other than my current one...should I just list that?
3) Endowment policies - had these too in days gone by, held jointly with my ex. We cashed them in years ago, when it became obvious that they were costing us more than they were worth! Again my ex and I have no paperwork and can't remember who they were with. We think we cashed them in between 6 and 8 years ago...should I mention them, even though I remember very little about them?
4) Property! I currently live in my my own home, though haven't paid mortgage or second charge for quite some time. I'll list this on form, but should I also list rented property I will move into around mid to late April?...I will almost certainly have gone BR and seen OR before I move to this new property.
5) Dependents. I have two daughters aged 18 and 19, both of whom are in full time education. My youngest lives with me more or less permanently (goes home to mum every other weekend) while my eldest lives with her mum (but is with me at least every other weekend). On this basis, my ex-wife and I do not pay each other maintenance. Both girls have low paid part time jobs but don't contribute to housekeeping. Should I just list my youngest - who lives with me - as a dependent?
Sorry about length of thread but thanks, as always, for the brill help and advice!
And all the good humour!
Keep smiling!

My OH was in iva at the same time. It is too long ago the OR said they were not interested. dont even mention it.
2) Life insurance policies - I've had a few term assurance policies in the past, usually to cover the payment of a mortgage on the event of my death. Just details for current ones.

All that time ago? dont mention it. too long ago.
4) Property! I currently live in my my own home, though haven't paid mortgage or second charge for quite some time. You fill in the forms as your situation will be on the date of your BR so if your living in rented thats what you put down.
5) Dependents. I have two daughters aged 18 and 19, both of whom are in full time education. List the youngest as a dependent. at 18 and in education you should be getting CB for her.
