Natwest "Maintenence charge"

The trouble is we are overdrawn on the current account because they took £38 from us for cancelling the Standing order to the loan account. They are also going to take £28 from us at the end of the month for this overdraft. If we don't clear our current overdraft and the £28 then the charge will put us into another month of O/D which will incur another £28 charge and also I have no idea if they are going to charge us another £38 because of the standing order. It all adds up to a very fast charging spiral and they ABSOLUTELY BLOODY REFUSE to deal with us in writing or face to face regarding this matter. If anybody has any suggestions (violence may be considered ) I would be very glad to hear them.

I would suggest going into the branch and kicking up a fuss in front of other customers (loudly) and then getting them to phone the number and speak to them on your behalf??

I'm having natwest issues at the moment and its such a pain...I'm trying to get my CC address updated but they wont let me do that in branch either - even though I've lost the card and they know this but they cant send me a replacement as I cant change the address - I've just given up - I'll just pay it off and get cc elsewhere - idiots!
