    ONS guidance, however, indicates that the profits definition to be used will exclude dealing/investment losses, credit impairments and goodwill write-downs

    It appears the ONS have as good a grasp of this subject as they appear to have with most of the statistics they report !!!!! :rotfl:

    i'll let you off how to NPV a CDS as it would be too easy for you = sum of all future coupons
