Prize:
The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the first prize. The first prize is a pair of tickets for the first prize winner and a companion to go to the Ideal Home Show taking place in London between 20 March and 13 April 2009. Tickets to be delivered within 14 days of winner confirmation, i.e. the date that the Promoter has managed to contact the winner and received confirmation of eligibility. The first prize also includesa Hammonds fitted bedroom, including delivery and installation at the winner’s UK mainland home address. The first prize winner must be a homeowner to take up the prize. It is the responsibility of the first prize winner to agree arrangements with the prize provider to take up the prize no less than 4 months after winner confirmation.

The next twenty (20) correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each be the winner of the runners-up prize. The runners-up prize is a pair of tickets for the runners-up prize winner and a companion to go to the Ideal Home Show taking place in London between 20 March and 13 April 2009. Runners-up prize to be delivered within 14 days of winner confirmation.

    I guess it's because it's a fitted bedroom so can't be easily taken with you if you move out. If any damage did occur, not being your house, could get you into trouble with your landlord/lady.
