    I like Boots Essentials. the shower gel is 59p and really nice IMO.

    I tried Boots' "head and shoulders" but ended up with a snowstorm again, had to go back to actual H&S! It hurts, I NEVER use branded stuff unless I have to!

    Asda's own anti-dandruff shampoo is just as good as Head & Shoulders at a fraction of the cost. On offer at the moment 3x400ml bottles for £2.00 as opposed to £3.58 of the branded H&S and that is just for one bottle.

    tesco own value brand shower gel which can be used as shampoo (use it myself) 10p last time i got some

    I like tesco own brand shampoo, the coconut one is my favourite, smells lovely - around the 60p mark last time i bought some ....big bottle (About 400 - 500ml?) and lasts aaaaaages (few months?! never counted lol!)
  • All of aldi's own brand cosmetics are brilliant - as are their moisturisers and cleansers.

    i use asda own shampoo ( 12p last time ) and conditioner ( 25p last time ) first i time i used them i was in shock how nice my hair was! i have very thin, fly away hair and the conditioner left my hair smooth but not greasy. Got the whole family using it now!
