am i right in thinking that if i go to work(nrpp) and my partner(nrp) stays at home looking after our kids that as he wont have any income we wont have to pay csa any more (i have no problem paying but at a reasonable rate )
he has been off work for over a year now cuz the stress of csa cause him to get depressed and since then he has also had to have a left knee opperation and cant go back to work for the foreseeable future (delivery driver) cuz its not healing as it should
ive managed to get a job that i start on 6 april(my perfect job aswell i get to sit down all day answering the phone ) and as we have two children at home he's going to become a house husband

I don't know much about the csa but I think it depends on whether the case is csa1 or csa2.
I think on csa1 then your earnings maybe taken into account. But on csa2 I think they are not.
Others with more info will be along soon to help you.0 -
if your on csa 2 as far as i know its nowt to do with them (CSA), if u work and brng in the money, your hubby still signs for his stamp. also if your hubby has depression, which will occour if PWC is being a pain and denying rights, then apparantly NRP doesnt pay either, as i read from another post that any nrp suffering from a mental disorder, depression at not seeing kids, he/she shall not have to pay csa (get sick note for depression from doctor, PWC has no-one to blame but themselves)0

i dont know what style it is the case started in oct 2003 but went silent for 4 years till sep 07 then started again but we have been hit with back pay from 03 we went for dna test(03) but pwc wouldnt cooperate so we were told (wrongly) that case was closed(but not in writing)so thought nothing of it and had no contact untill csa contacted us again in 07 and we did another dna and now we have to back pay from 03I'm often on call :Aso if I suddenly dont reply then i might be out saving a life :j or i might just be having a ciggy:D :rotfl:

If the case began in October 2003 then it will be under CSA2 and therefore your income is not taken into account - only your husbands. As he has none then he will have no liability for CSA payments.
Of course if he has been working from 2003 up until now then he will still be due the arrears.0 -

If the PWC refused to cooperate with the DNA test then the case should have been closed, do you have any proof she refused ?0

yes have proof she refused but as there were mitigating sircumstances (her daughter died around that time which i totaly understand) and she was claiming benifits the case wasnt and couldnt be closed
