I've seen a great offer - how do you get it onto the main website for everyone to see?

Start a thread on the referers board (if you are advertising somebodies website, otherwise start a thread on the appropriate board) and if enough reviewers rate it then it may make it onto the weekly email and maybe one day onto the main site.I've seen a great offer - how do you get it onto the main website for everyone to see?
