Does anyone know the name of Abbey Managing Director in UK?

I'm new to this so not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I have serious complaints against Abbey and want to write to the MD (may seem extreme, but thought this might expedite matters - going on since last September). The branch have refused to tell me! Have tried goggle etc but not getting much joy.

So if anyone knows a name and address in UK it would be much appreciated.

Isn't Abbey now Spanish owned by SANTANDER. Try them.
According to wikipedia the CEO of Abbey is António Horta-Osório

Thanks for this - Abbey is part of Santander.

Just checked out Santander Consumer and don't think it's the right one - seem to be a finance company for motor cars - not quite the division I was looking for! Thanks anyway.
