Wanted: Capital Gain Tax Utility

My in-laws have a second property and they want to see what their captial gain liability if they sell the property.
I have seen an easy utility which lets you put in the various variables and it spits out what the CG tax would be.
Any ideas where I could find such a utility?? ??? ???

Hi,
This is a spreadsheet which helps to calculate capital gains tax - it might be of use to your in-laws ( don't know how easy it is to use, though; haven't used it yet ).
