Loan companies only like to lend to people who can afford to pay it back!
There are 'doorstep' lenders (sometimes called loan sharks) who will lend to pretty much anyone but who also charge extortionate rates of interest.
What exactly is the reason for the question?
If you have a bad credit rating or keep getting rejected you should find out why rather than keep applying. Otherwise the very fact you are making loads of applications will count against you.
R.Smile, it makes people wonder what you have been up to.

You seem desperate to get this money to start your business. Yesterday you were asking about how easy it would be to get four £25,000 loans from 4 different companies at the same time. Despite the good, free advice from a number of people, you seem to be ploughing onwards.
I'm sure there are a few of us watching these boards who are more than a little concerned at your approach to this. I've just noticed your new message about the possible penalties for application fraud, (i.e. what's the worse that could happen), which is worrying.
You seem more interested in getting money - now - than anything else. Like perhaps "How can I pay this money back?"
As other posters have said, if you want to start a business, you're going about it in completely the wrong way.
For your own sake, please stop, sit down and start thinking about alternative ways to start your business.
