Hi all
Have just had our annual council tax bill (oh the joys) through and on reading through it, have discovered that we may be eligible for a discount as my husband is a student psych nurse, it gives the impression that we will get the 25% single person discount as long as the student is full time which my husband is, it didnt say whether the student is bursary funded or seconded which my husband is, but he is nevertheless a full time nursing student and is halfway through his course now so should we be eligible for a rebate and a discount till he finishes ??
Many thanks

Hi
it matters not whether he is bursary funded or not, you should have claimed the CT single person's discount since September 2007.
I would write and back date this. Nice little bit od help.
He may need a letter from his course leader or student finance office. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
