I don't really like eMS that much, the fees are very low, especially when you take into account the cost of phone calls to customer service departments and P&P costs. I do still do them though, but just fill out the questionnaire when I'm watching TV or something. The amount of work I do is proportional to the fee; I usually just write one small sentance in the comments box, which I feel is sufficient.0

Oh great. I'm glad we're on the subject of emystery as I find it all very confusing! I have been allocated a flower purchase and the purchase amount is £11.00. Is that for real? Do I have to spend that exact amount or can I go below it (very difficult) or over it and they will just reimburse me the £11.00. Would love to hear from someone who has done a flower one for them before. Many thanks.0

Anyone doing the Index 6 surveys for emysteryshopper? I've got a supermarket delivery one for survey/purchase/refund. The brief very light on details - am hoping it will become clear as I go through the survey.
Anyone got any ideas what I could buy and send for a refund? Surely if they deliver all the shopping you order with no subsitutes that should be it?
Are emysteryshopper the same as edigitalresearch? If not, could someone post their website address? ThanksCompetition Wins :j :

I did a Valentines one for them (was £15 though!) and that is the amount you get towards the flowers. Nothing below that amount, so I think I ended up buying a bunch for £22. Probably only worth it if you want to send some anyway.
I also find them a bit confusing. They seem to put the 'mystery' into mystery shopping. Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

I think £11 is the reimbursement - you are probably free to go over it, and will probably have to, I don't tihnk many flowers stores have much for under £11.Are emysteryshopper the same as edigitalresearch? If not, could someone post their website address? Thanks
Yes, they are the same.Dan

I would agree. They are currently paying £3.50 for a survey which may take you up to a couple of hours by the time you have searched the site, called the help desk, emailed the helpdesk, waith for a reply and reported on this.
I would not bother for such a small fee.0 -

I think the ones with the purchase/refund can be a better bet. I'm just doing one for a well know chemist and probably not much more work than the plain survey. Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

I've asked TNS before and have been told 'no'. Not sure if this applies to all companies. Now proud Mumto3 :j0
