Additional Mortgage for Buying

Hi,
Can anyone please advise?
We are currently on a svr with northern rock but we are desperate to move.
The problem is because of the house market we would be lucky to make enough to get a 90% mortgage.
Are there any 95% mortgages out there?
Would it be possible to take out a second mortgage for the extra we would need and put down 10% on this?
I dont know if that is possible or not?

You need at least 10% deposit for your new house. Only options are to sell and rent while you save up the rest, or to buy somewhere cheaper. You can't get a second mortgage for the extra as you aren't porting your deal.0
