Hi, I wonder if anyone could reccommend a cheap place in Glasgow city centre to replace a watch battery.

Try the Savoy centre Sauchiehall st. Their used to be someone in there, not
sure if he is still there. He was on the ground floor.

I got a 'watch battery for life' from Timpsons for £8. They will replace both of the batteries in my watch now free of charge until me or the watch dies, whatever's first

Well I went to Timpsons this morning, their watch battery for life is actually £14.99 :eek: or £9.99 for a normal battery

Talk about inflation, I just checked my little 'battery for life' certificate and I only got my battery last year...! Ultimately, if you're keeping the watch for ever it is worth it... but £14.99! Ouch.0
