It is worth checking out the mineral make up thread - really. If you have the time, read thru it and you will find the hell and in time, nearly heaven, that we have all found. You will also find that we disagree alot at times, but that you really have to find what suits you.

    Says who?

I personally dont think its great advice. Thats a skin care regime that suits you - may or may not suit another and in the OP case, shes agreed that a proper skin diagnoses is the best advice

I apply organic full cream yogurt to my skin once a day, leave it for 10 minutes, has worked very well over the years, has cleared my acne, also leaves my skin looking fresh
  • I would check out Liz earles products they are very soft on your skin and seem to work well. Check out QVC as they come in duos

you could use bio oil on your face to help clear the scaring- i had a friend who had bad acne for years and she used to do this - her skin looked much better

you should also never ever wash your face with soap as it is too harsh for your thin and delicate facial skin, this may also be why you get such dry skin in winter as it strips the skin of its natural oils which keep it hydrated

some people find the oil cleansing method to clear up a lot of their skin complaints there is a thread about it on here some where but i cant for the life of me find the link!
