How much should I consider offering?

I am due to view this property on Saturday. I first viewed the property 18 months ago.

I know a lot of you will say offer a bag of chips or peanuts and a pint etc but I am interested to see what people would consider to be a reasonable offer for this property should I decide to make one based on the length of time it has been on the market and the current market conditions.

Once I have an average my aim is to calculate the monthly expenditure based on the average reasonable offer should I make it and it be accepted and allow me to calculate interest changes etc and basically see if it is an option for me or out of my reach.

No idea, but as new builds go it seems quite nice & in a good area.

I can never understand why you would give up so much potential living space to have a garage though.

Would doubt if they would accept under £320k

Not too sure, but this is how much the neighbours paid! Try offering 15-20% less as prices have supposedly fallen by that amount in the past year?
