Morning All! Just quickly nipping on to say 'Hellooo'! Will hopefully pop on again later this afternoon and catch up with you all - always harder with a colleague in the office!

Hope you all had good weekends and I too will join the positive thinking group and be an optimist, certainly for today anyway!

Have a good day all. QBx

I bottled out of going running today......I'm such a wuss

The path we've been using runs along the side of the local high school, and I didnt have the nerve to go, with a school full of teenagers :o

On a positive note, I spoke to my doctor this morning, and he's happy for me to carry on ;)
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Ellidee, I was a wannabe runner for 16 years :rotfl: and have only just finally got around to doing something about it!

When I was a teenager I used to run half a mile to the train station, and I thought that was a long way! :o
