    Buffy, been following your story with the snails (that sounds sooo stalkerish!) I dont know how you manage with the giant ones, I hate the small ones and chuck them over the neighbours fence lol

    Oooo Bunny, I feel for you I really do, worms make me want to yak even at just the thought of it!

    Well had an excellent run club, its was light, warm and beautiful out there. We went a lovely rural scenic route along the river and did 5 miles. So today I have walked 4 and a bit miles, run 5 miles and done 2 hours of digging...according to food focus it tells me I have burnt off 913 calories :) Knee was fine whilst running, its a bit hot and swollen now so have legs up and taken some ibuprofen.

    Right i'll stop waffling about running now
