basically, u can buy a coffee and get a scratch card with a code you need to put online..or the NPN route is to get referred by someone who is already registered with them (no purchase/code required)

My Nectar card number is too long i.e. 11 numbers when it only lets you enter 10

are you putting in the space ..i think that would count as one character

I know what it is...are you trying to put it below your email add on the link above? no thats for the code if you buy a coffee you get a scratch card which has a ten digit code..after you log in with that 10 digit code, it gives you the option of putting in your nectar number...or the NPN route is to get referred..to be honest I was wondering whether you had a code already/got referred already..
