If MSE ran G20, who would you invite?

OK you gobby, opinionated bunch (I say that affectionately as it takes one to know one).... Imagine we are in charge of getting the economy out of this cr&p, of putting together our own G20 meeting. Who would you invite and why?

Can be anyone, dead or alive; economist, politician, thinker, insurrectionist, satirist, anyone. Similar to the who would your ultimate dinner guests be question, but on an economy theme so we don't get sent to DT.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Everyone... Apart from the bullies & know-it-alls & the know-it-alls who know nothing & the people that read whatever they want into innocent comments & the ones that try to provoke arguements & the ones that pick at every little detail.

  • I'd invite myself.

I'd bring along a microphone and some helium for Gordon Brown. At least that way I could actually tell what he says without cranking the volume up on the telly.

Oh - and I'd invite the lead singer from Howling Bells. Because she's very pretty.

  • I am not good at history however if I am right Hitler manage to turn the German economy round within five years.

    Think about it...

From the bankrupt Weimar Republic to a world superpower (at the time) within five years.

Shame that Hitler he was insane.
If he wasn’t then today he will be remembered as the greatest economic genius of our times.

Few days back in another thread Generally was mention something about fascist economics. Who knows future may lead us back that way.
