Capital One cca

requested my cca from them last month ,they sent back a piece of paper on 1 side it says what the credit card limit was when i defaulted and in big bold letters "terms of your capital one credit card agreement"
On the other side is loads of info in small letters and i noticed default charges at £12 not £24 as what i have on some statements quite a while ago.
I am sending out 12+2 letter tomorow as it looks nothing like a cca
As anyone else had cap 1 similar letter when requested a true copy of agreement?
regards
Mark

When did you take the card out? Then I will explain when you reply.
And to answer your other question, that's because it's not a CCA. But without seeing what it looks like can only go on what you said it looks like.
Does it say anything else on the letter as this is not explicit so I cannot give an answer based on that. Up to you if you reply BTW, just attempting to help you nothing elserequested my cca from them last month ,they sent back a piece of paper on 1 side it says what the credit card limit was when i defaulted and in big bold letters "terms of your capital one credit card agreement"
But, no not seen one of those letters - there IS, however, a leaflet sounds like what you are describing - and I have been dealing with their correspondence now for a year. Anyway. And I also know sending them a letter as you plan to will do no good. I wouldn't send them that letter, it is up to THEM to supply what you asked and they are perfectly aware of their obligations. Just my take on it, though.
Anyway, as I can see you haven't replied you obviously don't want any assistance from me. So, I won't trouble you any further.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

Hi mer thanks for reply
card was taken out about 2005 thats why i said charges on this piece of paper were saying £12 for defaults etc

Crapquest have to provide you with the T&C that relate to the account to which you signed up. If they are referring to £12, the T&Cs you have been sent do not refer to your account.
Does the "CCA" contain all the prescribed terms and your signature? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
no signature whotsoever ras ,
at the very top of the paper on the opposite side to my address it says
"Between us capital one bank(europe)plc of trent house station street Nottingham NG32 3HX and you the customer named above on the terms and conditions set out below and overleaf.
But the piece of paper looks like its been cut above what ive just said, there is none of my details on this paper0 -
No highjack intended, I'll delete this when I get a reply
RAS, is your PM box still playing up?Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
