Bubble Bath?

Does everyone here use bubble bath? We were buying Imperial Leather which we found very thick but strangely required a fair amount to make a good bath.
We picked up some Radox because it was on offer (£1), find it very runny but only requires a little bit to make a lovely bath! (Surely it should be the other way around?!?!)
Anyway... any one used any of the supermarkets value or own brand range which they enjoy?

Don't like it, dries out my skin too much, prefer to have a good soak in tub with just water, then a wash down with Aqueous cream, soap the bits that need it, and then a nice cool shower to finish off. Wish I had the kind of skin that allowed me to take a nice bubble bath but alas I would rather have my aqueous than dry skin4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

I started using Tesco's creme bath when the kids were suffering from eczema as it didn't seem to irritate the skin as much. Been using it for about 2 years now. They like it, & it's 1/4 the price of Matey bubble bath.

You would be surprised at the amount of bubbles you get with 4-5 drops of washing-up liquid.0

Why not make your own?

My favourite bath soak is green tea and lavender.
Take a teaspoon of green tea leaves, and two teaspoons of dried lavender. Put them in a circle of muslin and tie it with string so looks like a round tea bag, and then hang it under the running hot tap. Smells wonderful and very good for you. In summer I use dried lime zest and pure vanilla extract. Just use a zester and spread the strips on baking sheet to dry, or dry slow in the the oven. When completely dry put in airtight jar, sprinkle with teaspoon of vanilla extract NOT ESSENCE, and put on the lid. Tie up the same as Green tea and lavender above.~~~~~~~~~~~~Halifax, taking the Xtra since 1853:rolleyes:~~~~~~~~~~~~0 -

i mainly shower but recently bought some palmolive and radox. Think bb is cheap it lasts for ages. No need to buy own brand, the branded ones can be less than a £1.:footie:0

We never used to have bubble bath when I was growing up - it was just Palmolive soap and water. Now I can't imagine having a bath without it. I tend to go for either red or purple ones as I like the colour they turn the water as well as the bubbles. I used to love Badedas - do they still make it?0
