If pwc tells csa that 16yr old child is still in education and still receives child benefit but this is proved not to be the case 12months down the line would the nrp be entitled to maintenance money back? I think you would assume so but know never to assume with csa.

If CB should not have been paid then neither should CM, it's quite simple. All payments should be refunded forthwith, though i doubt they ever are.0
