Abbey 3.95% Fixed for 5 Years

This looks great in comparison to the deal I have secured but not signed of 4.69% via broker.

However the 3.95% does not include the basic legal fee's of remortgaging where as the other rate does, my question is, are the legal fee's of remortgaging high?

I so would love the 3.95% as it saves me £40 odd a month but have no idea on legal fee's!

if you want to fix for only 2 years First Direct have a 2.99% at the moment

cheers for that but I want to fix for 5years til my 2 daughters star school, then I will be in a better financial predicament.

My abbey deal of 4.69% looks cr*p, I would be paying 530 odd a month on that or £485 on the 3.95%

help i need advice re fee's

will phone my broker tomorrow but he'll try n fob me off!

Still not signed tho for my 4.69% its all here waiting :rolleyes:
