Patientline RVH

I have to say I've been in Hospital 3 times in the past 6/7 weeks, averaging 4 days a stay and found patientline very good. I didnt use it for calls as I had my mobile (on silent) for that but for the TV.
The ward I was in was full of elderly ppl (I'm late 20's) and without patient line I would have been bored as it was a 70mile round trip for family to come visit which I didnt expect them to do everyday. The TV service can work out to be expensive if your admitted for long periods (£7 for 3 days) but the range of channels are quite good and as someone said calls from the service to a land line are 10p per min. Not sure about in coming calls.
As someone said dmxdave, providing the patient isnt in ICU you should be able to have a mobile no problem.:j Norn Iron Club Member No. 343 :j0
