imoney manager programme

Has anyone else used this?

Came across it on this site, but have a few questions.

Where it asks for details of debts. For example interest rates on overdrafts, if you are over your overdraft so part of it is being charged at 25% and the other part at 9% what do you put in for the interest rate? Also what would I put for the monthly payment for overdrafts as there isn't one fixed as such.

Same with credit cards, say my normal minimum payment is £80 but at the moment they are requesting £160 from me which is because I have missed a couple of payments how does that work.

I am trying to use this programme so I can use the template letters and show creditors a statement of affairs and offer off token payments and what I can afford but am having difficulty with these points.
