JD Williams accounts help please

I'm trying to buy something from one of the JD Williams website. I've been using them for donkeys years, and I can't seem to pay by personal account, only by credit/debit card. There's simply no option for it anywhere on the checkout. My account login page makes no mention of anything credit related, like my credit limit. I've gone through all their help pages/FAQs and there's no mention of the credit accounts anywhere that I can see. I've even googled to see if there's any articles saying the company have stopped doing credit.

As I said, I've had an account with them for years. I've had some very high balances but have on more than one occasion had a zero balance. I paid the balance off a couple of weeks ago, and my last statement last week showed zero, but made no mention of the account being stopped or closed or whatever.

Have they stopped doing the accounts and just not told anyone, or am I stuck in some weird alternate reality computer glitch? Anyone had this happen to them?
