nrp working abroad not payin maintenance

Hi will try keep this as short as i can, i have 2 children my ex has been lying to the csa saying hes not been working for the past 10 months i know he has, he is working abroad for 2weeks the he comes back to the uk for 2 weeks ,he has his own car, uk bank account and his girlfriend is foreign and lives at his house in the uk and also works here.He owes me arrears and is slowly paying it off, but i can not prove hes working dont know any details, have been to see my mp as a last resort because i feel the csa are not doing much i phone them every few weeks. Can anyone please help or has anyone been in the same boat. He works in engineering and gets a high income, i think he is working for a foreign employer that is why csa cant find him.I have recently been made redundant and really thought he would pay for his children. I would appreciate any help or advice thanks xx

    If he works for a foreign employer then the CSA have no jurisdiction to ask him to pay - if you know what country he is in, you may find that REMO may help you.
