It is CABOT who should supply the CCA. Can't really say anything else.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

And a quick Google turned up plenty of Monument/Barclaycard things including this from MSE which may or may not be of any value to you:

Monument are now owned by Compucredit UK, based in Crawley. I've no idea who would have a copy of your original agreement though.
If you debt was sold to Cabot, then you must have defaulted and they would now have the paperwork. Maybe you wouldn't go around in circles so much if you just paid what you owed ?0 -

thanks for that.ICan'tStandIt wrote: »Maybe you wouldn't go around in circles so much if you just paid what you owed ?
And perhaps you might read martin's post at the top of the forum?
If the OP could afford to pay, s/he would have done so. As it is I doubt Cabot paid the full book value for this debt, so it seems unfair to expect the OP to pay the whole sum to Cabot. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -

Quite simply, Stuart, you should request the cca from whoever is chasing you for payment.
In your case it looks as though you should be requesting your cca from Cabot.
Do NOT be fobbed off by any reply, from them stating that 'they are requesting the cca from the original creditor' or 'that, as they are not the original creditor they are not obliged to provide the cca'.
If you have requested the cca from Caot, then they have 12 working days, from receipt of your request and £1.00 Statutory Fee, to provide you with the legally required information. If they fail to provide it, within the legally prescribed time period, then they are 'in default'. Whilst they are 'in default' they can not enforce the agreement without permission from the courts.
Niether can they pass your details on to any other debt collection agency whilst they are in default.
If as you say, you have already requested the cca from all parties, and followed up with the 12+2 day letter, then none of those parties currently has the right to enforce the agreement.
Are you still being pursued? If so, by whom?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
