CCA letter - to who?

My husband has a credit card with Lloyds TSB, he has recently had a letter from Sechari, Clark & Mitchell solicitors, saying they have been instructedby Lloyds to contact him. It says he must pay within 7 days or contact them. As yet we have done nothing.
If we were to send a CCA letter, should he send it to Lloyds TSB or Sechari ??
