Carmel Butler

Dear All

I have just been reading a report by a lawyer named Carmel Butler that was prepared for Parliament as part of its investigation into the behaviour of the Banks.

Its contents have been widely reported on other forums but is strangely missing here and yet it is of enormous importance to us all.

In essence, it informs Parliament that many of the Banks have assigned our mortgages to offshore entities without our knowledge and deliberately before the transaction is registered at HM Land Registry.

It goes as far as to state that such action contravenes criminal law!!

Is anyone here aware of this report.

You may get a better response if you try the mortgage forum, several mortgage advisors post in that forum.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

Oh, dear, that's naughty of them. Crafty, even. And not as if they didn't know what they were doing was it? But since Capability Brown started giving billions to them, without any form of control/regulation they have us over a barrel.
Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.

I was unsure about where best to post it.
  • Just another viewpoint, but it could have relevence wherever it get's posted. Because what else have our banks been getting up to because I am sure it won't just be mortgages this is or will happen to.
