When I first saw CAM-ARIA-MY352A I though it was a joke - I thought it was CAMERA MY 4RSE!

    1) Dont want to appear 'cocky' but why not post THIS?

    2) Now my question!

    'Scuse my ignorance

What do these really get used for?
I thought it was a funny looking pic. It's only 25k.

Webcams can be hooked up with MSN messenger/yahoo messenger/skype so you can see the person you are talking to.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Clarity / speed depends on your and their connection speed and the quality of the camera. It can be very good if you both have decent cams and broadband. I wouldn't have thought this one was the pinnacle of webcam development / quality :)
  • I have found the ones with CMOS sensors to be pretty poor in normal living room light (goes all grainy), you need a lamp shining on you. Or get one with some infra red led's in it. The CCD ones are probably better.

Yeah used to chat to friends/family, recommend you get one with a shutter or cover it up when not in use, you never know who might be watching if you get infected by a trojan or virus.
