Panasonic are changing their TV ranges, and JL have zero stock and ex-display models on a markdown (you need to ask) for a VERY few models.

Hi,
I found one, but they still wanted full price (which incidentally was more that other retailers) for the display model. How much did you find them for?foraminafera wrote: »Panasonic are changing their TV ranges, and JL have zero stock and ex-display models on a markdown (you need to ask) for a VERY few models.

The 42" is too big for me so I didn't push - from past experience it's up to the manager within limits, and 20% to 30% is reasonably achievable. The key points when looking at display stock are:
- None in store
- None in warehouse
- None in the delivery pipeline.
Useful to know: "It's available from xxx store at £yyy less - and this is an ex-display model. Can you do anything with the price?"
£699 for the TH42PZ80B with 5 year was not bad - and some room maybe (and always check for Plasma burn in).0 -

whatever you do - dont get one from pixmania - they are the last company people should consider about getting anything from there.
if your lucky the tv may turn up - but if it does you will need to fit a uk plug and if it faulty you have to pay to send it back and then wait like 3 months to get a refund
check the boards the see what i mean0 -
