Thanks Snags and Bun, thats why I decided not to go today. Even once I had eaten and re-hydrated I still felt Pah so realised that there was no point. Run club tomorrow night so back to it and a 20 miler hopefully on Friday :eek:I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway.
