    I'm wondering about asking for the Monday off work. Not sure if it's possible, but would love to stay both nights :D

    milk, flour and cheese? Make a cheese sauce, add the broccoli (cook for a minute or so in the microwave) and bake in the oven with extra cheese on the top.

    Open a slit in the chicken breast and stuff with the cous cous. Cover with foil and bake. Wrap in bacon if you have any and no need for foil as it will keep them from drying out.
