I'm trying to get clarification on what exactly counts as a "diary" for the purposes of that board as we speak.

Should threads like the "Running club" and "Giving up alcohol" go there as well?

    Don't know yet.

No! Things like this should be 'to view' at all times as they can cover additional concerns that people may feel they need to address whilst looking at other threads dealing with their main research topic. This means that they do not need to go off to specifically search for it........does that sound right?

back from a lovely trip to the park - it's beautiful out there.

Then just spent 15 minutes trying on underwear. How can 1 bra size differ so much across so many bras?!

Because size is not the only story...

Buying bras is a nightmare isnt it. I've realised today DD needs a sports bra. Oh joy

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
