The small print on the voucher in today's Daily Mail says:
"Customers will be ABLE to receive a larger denomination Gift Card SHOULD they wish to pay additional cash or card tender."

You do not HAVE to pay additional cash, they quote pay £10 and give in voucher to get £15 gift card as EXAMPLE ONLY if you want to top it up.

If you just want the £5 gift card then you just hand over the voucher with tokens. There are instructions on the voucher for store staff to process the £5 gift card so it is definitely not the case that you have to pay extra to get this.

I have put the caps on certain words to try and make it clear - I am not shouting - honest!
