Hi there,
i've been looking through the post and feel its time for me to post myself.
About 2 years ago i started to struggle with my credit card payments so i turned to the CAB, they prossesed a finacial statement for me and sent it off to all my creditors along with offer of payments, which were all accpted.
Moving to the present day, and its got no easyer as we all know,
Too cut a long storry short, i am dealing with apex, mercers, blair oliver scott, mha collections and allied international credit as all my creditors try to reclaim there money they are tuning to dca's directly with me instead of through the CAB.
Do i need to ask for a CCA or any other infomation from each of these companys bearing in mind i'm still going through the CAB
And i have just learnt that 3 of the debts have now been sold on.
If someone could shed a bit of light on this mess i would be greatfull

Hi
You need to refer all those creditors letters straight to CAb for them to deal with unless they are court papers. it is against OFT Guidelines to refuse to deal with the debtors nominated representative, which is what they are trying to do.
You need to refuse to deal wuth the creditors directly, as you are undermining the CAB.
yes, it would be a good idea to request the CCA for all those credit cards, loans and catalogues. That way you know if they are in a position to chase you through the courts.
Do you have PPi on any of these accounts, or late charges, occured on any of them over the last 6 years?
reclaim.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
