Playschemes - council

Just an idea for people to contact their local council who might have lottery funded projects of school holiday playschemes running.
I did this as wanted work during the school holidays as i currently work in a school as a teaching assistant. I was amazed how many ran and i had no idea.
The one i work for means the parents do not pay for their children to attend and we use school premises to run different activities. We then also run events in the park for a few hours, have face painting going on etc.
I earn £8 a hour and as a result a parent from my school has asked if i'll look after their son outside of school (he's in my class and has special needs), so its all gone through direct payment scheme, i'll get £7.50 a hour and £10.88 on bank holidays and i will basically baby sit him so to speak, i can go to his place and take him out, or he can just come to my place.
So i have a full time teaching assistant job and then 2 as and when school holiday jobs, the last 2 i am not committed too, i will be asked to work, but can decline if i have other things on.
All adds up, i am working in the Easter holidays, so will earn an extra £300 for working in my holidays, can't grumble at that.
