If they ask for the info, then you are obliged by law to supply it whether you like it or not - you could be prosecuted and fined £1000 for refusing to do so. Your choice.

Kelloggs is quite right. HMRC and the CSA work to two very different agendas. What the tax man will allow the CSA may not. If an appeal is brought that is worth bearing in mind. Refusal to supply information can result in a much worse assessment being levied. There is no point in digging your heels in.

    Mum's the word then.......

Or Ill just give up working, go on benefits get my £45 per week JSA and pay £5 maint ho hum,

So much better to find a work around then, one that bends the rules but doesn't break them.
Relativity - the study of relativity will reveal that time passes through all points simultaneously prooving that space and time are entirely reletive depending on who is asking the question and what answer you want to give.

Space is not merely slightly curved it can be bent to touch itself without breaking the rules of relativity. :rotfl:

And many have. Trust me as an NRP i am disgusted by some of the ways the CSA calculations are made, not least the potential CMEC assessments. All i am saying is denial is no good.
