Hi have been offered £122 for my house
I am looking to by at £115, I have outstanding mortgage with the nationwide of £60,000 will need to get new mortgage to make up difference in price to buy house.
I am looking for a ten yr mortgage due to my age but don,t know where to begin
.Any help would be appreciated .

Decide what type of mortgage you want i.e. (Fixed/tracker/SVR) and research the comparison websites .
You seem to have a good LTV so you should get one of the better deals.

Go to a good independant mortgage broker to get advice, there are a few national ones that have a good reputation. Check the Saturday and Sunday newspaper money pages for adverts referrals. We're not allowed to suggest firms on here are we?0

Don't forget to take all the costs into account: selling agent fees, legal fes, removal fees etc.
