Cex Selling problem

I tried to sell something the other day to Cex and they asked me if I want to exchange it for something or to receive cash. I asked for cash and they said sorry we don't have enough cash at present, so I came back later and they said we are not giving out cash today. I think maybe people are selling stuff more than buying in the credit crunch. So don't get your hopes up if you are relying on cash when your are selling something.

Thanks for that, Cex maybe having financial problems.

I had the same problem when I went into my local store. However I then decided to try it online and it was fine. Only lost out on a few quid overall, so you may want to check to see how much you'll get online. Actually come to think of it, they actually offered me more online than they did instore.
