At first glance this site seems like a joke, but within the humour there are some of the best tips I've seen anywhere. Who is this guy?
Don't click on the link: The forum pulls swearing out of post so you'll need to type it yourself, but it's worth it it's www.useful-!!!!!!.blogspot.com, but replace the '1' with an 'i'

To be fair, given your low post count and the nature of the message, it did come across as spam, and spam sites should never be visited for fear of trojan invasion, making checking rather hard if you are suspicious.
