Notice sent by Millfield Business Services

Morning,

Just done a search through OFT website and Millfield are currently in the process of renewing their credit licence. The person running Millfield and also Ashburn is Yvonne Uttley so effectively they are chasing their own debt.
I also searched for Ashburn Financial Services LTD, the company I'm having issues with, and their credit licence does not allow them to "canvas off premises" does this mean they shouldnt be allowing 3rd parties to complete their credit agreements??

I'm also having trouble with Ashburn, and have received an identical notice to the person who started this thread. I have contacted the OFT and logged a complaint with them, they have also told me to write to the company using recorded delivery outlining the reasons why THEY are in breach of contract, not me. I am astounded that this particular company (who would seem to have already been prosecuted under a former name of Ashbourne) is still allowed to trade and harrass people in this way. Is there anything we can do collectively to bring this to the attention of the right people?
