    Evening,
    Just popping on to say hello-have a good 3 hours of ironing in front of me! EEK!

    I went for my second 'Universal Contour Wrap' tonight (birthday gift) and lost another mind boggling 15 inches from all over my body! That's over 30 inches! (that's measured from all over your body but I have lost over an inch off my JAWLINE!? !!!!!!! 2 inches from my under bust, 5 inches off my hips, etc etc) and DEAD CHUFFED! Also managed to fit a workout in and am LOVING the 'FoodFocus' site (thanks Sammy!)
