OMG! I am drooling as we speak!! Pudding looks delicious! I love brandy snaps and the choc thing looks great too! When you go, you'll have to do what my Dad very embarassingly did in a pub the other week - he was so impressed with the presentation of the puddings, he took photos of them!!
