My Quidco money???

Not sure where this would go so im hoping its in the right topic.

I have nearly £100 in my quidco account since mid February, ive got my bank details in but it never comes into my bank account. how the hell do i get hold of my money????

When you say 'in your Quidco account', what do you mean? Is the purchase showing as 'validated' or what?

Also, what do you have as your minimum payment amount in your banking details. Set this to 00.00.

As Jen says, you either don't have it set up correctly for payout, or the money has not been paid by supplier yet...

they do pay out very regularly.... i've never had any problems (they even transfer 5p if that's all that's come through that month!).

i think Jennifer_Jane has the answer... which column is your money showing up in under earnings? sometimes it shows as validated and takes months for it to be paid to Quidco by the company... the money should also have an estimated payment date (which isn't desperately accurate but gives an idea of how long it will take).

my last purchase says as follows 'validated on 12/03/2009' this takes my total ammount to almost £100, and yes my minimum ammount is set to '0' and my bank details are in my settings correctly

It has to say Received for it to be payable to you.

Needs to go to received before they pay out.
