Last thursday we saw bank for a mortgage quote. It stated that quote was valid until close of business. It was on monday when our offer was accepted that we gave our ma (mortgage advisor) the go ahead and supplied her with all neccessary statements etc.Yesterday we received the final financial summary which was signed and handed into bank today.

Today we find out their tracker has been raised from 1.99 above base rate to 3.49:eek:.Not knowing when this rise was or if it affects our quote we are waiting on fa to call us back.

Is it likely our original quote still stands, surely we would be informed if any change?
